Hi, I’m Juan,
As a Certified Gallup CliftonStrengths Coach, and a widely regarded United States Army War Vet, I’ve trained teams of tens of thousands of soldiers in high-stakes situations. Currently, I am working with organizations and School Districts to increase team efficiency and strengthen communication which results in happier and more appreciated employees.
With 12+ years in Expanded Learning as a staff, lead, and Director, I understand both the importance and struggles of the OST space. My experience lets me help program leaders and their teams overcome complacency and prevent burnout in the workplace, resulting in higher employee engagement, increased performance, and lower attrition.
